Mr. Oswaldo Arevalo is a retired Army veteran with 22 years of service in the U.S Army Engineer Corps. During his tenure in the Army, Oswaldo oversaw the readiness of Geospatial Engineers at both the Topographic Engineer Company and the Geospatial Planning Cell level. His role involved ensuring that these teams were trained and equipped to provide accurate, timely, and responsive geospatial information by collecting, analyzing, managing, and disseminating geospatial data.

After his military career, he transitioned to the private sector and joined XTS in February 2018. At XTS, Oswaldo has served as Associate Manager responsible for overseeing Geospatial Deployers in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), ensuring efficient operations and effective deployment strategies. As Deputy Program Manager, he played a crucial role in managing the IT Services team for the United States Geological Survey (USGS) National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC). He was also instrumental in the transition of the System Development Task Order supporting software and application development for The National Map. Mr. Arevalo was promoted to Vice President of Administrative Operations in October 2023 responsible for Finance/Accounting functions and contract administration.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland University College; is a Certified Scrum Master and holds an ITIL certification.
